Sue put up a brave fight for the last two years but
sadly lost the battle.
Our Thoughts and Prayers are with her Family at this
difficult time.

She loved her design team and let us have as many of her wonderful digi stamps as we wanted. She treated us like family

ReplyDeleteI hadn't realised just how unwell Ike was.My thoughts are with her family and friends at this time.
Such sad news. My condolences to her family and friends.
ReplyDeleteThis is such devastating news. Ike was one of the first people that I ever 'met' when I first started online back in 2012 and I was honoured by her friendship throughout the years. She became a member of the first design team I created and I was on her first team when she started this challenge back in 2013. When I'd email her every so often to check and see how she was faring these past two years she always put up a brave front. And to have died just one week shy of her birthday, well that just makes it sadder. She sent me an Alice in Wonderland themed pop up card one year for my birthday and I have it displayed in our hutch. I think fondly of her every time I see it but now it will be something I will always treasure as a memory from our friendship. My condolences go out to her daughter, grandchildren and other family members (as well as all the many cats, chickens and other animals she cared for) who must be at such a loss without her in their lives. Rest with the angels now my friend. Hugs, Lisa

ReplyDeleteGoodbye my friend. Love, Boqna.
ReplyDeleteThoughts and prayers for the family!
I am completely stunned and shocked - While I haven't been a personal friend of Ike's I have watched her fight her brave battle from afar. Also, she had been a huge supporter of the Cat Lovers Blog Hop, and she & I shared a mutual love of all things cats. May she rest in peace, finally seeing all those friends, family & pets who have been waiting for her. I send all those who loved her condolences. <3
ReplyDeleteCondolences to the family and R.I.P Sue. Thanks for the wonderful challenges and art over the years. You will be missed.
ReplyDeleteIke was a real original, and she will be deeply missed. It's still hard to imagine that she's not still off rescuing cats and goats in Greece , and posting funny memes on Facebook. My condolences to all of those who loved her.
